My son has attended a summer session, as well as several holiday camps. Summer Success Institute has spoiled me for any other camp! Before and After Care are included in the price, as are lunch and snacks. The only thing I need to send with my child is a water bottle. Though it seems like a small thing, eliminating the hectic packing of lunch/snack/backpack is huge for our morning. The academic piece of Summer Success Institute is also incredible. I know my child won't be a part of the "summer slide" that so many kids experience. He will still be learning & even progressing in math, reading, writing & more. Not only are they given instruction, but it is done in a fun, engaging, hands on, and age appropriate manner. But most importantly, I know when I drop my child off he will be specifically taught not only academic skills, but character development. As a full time working parents, we do our best to teach him the skills he will need, but to know that he is learning skills like responsibility, respect, kindness, and gratitude at camp from someone else in a structured setting gives me such peace of mind.
