SCF Youth Summer Enrichment Overview
SCF Youth Summer Enrichment programs offer a dynamic blend of learning and fun designed to spark curiosity, creativity, and confidence in young learners of all ages. Across all SCF summer experiences, students explore a wide variety of topics, such as coding, robotics, manufacturing, music, culinary arts, and other technology-rich skills while engaging in hands-on activities grounded in STEAM and Project-Based Learning.

![]() | Elementary STEAM Enrichment: Each program balances meaningful learning with joyful experiences. Elementary-aged students collaborate in small groups to build 21st-century skills such as communication, problem solving, teamwork, and creative thinking. Learning is reinforced through hands-on experiments, design challenges, and real-world projects that encourage students to ask questions, test ideas, and share their thinking. To support the whole child, days are thoughtfully structured to include outdoor, guided play, brain breaks, movement, and opportunities for social connection. Topics include Media Makers Studio, Food Science Lab, Ecosystems and Life on Earth, Engineering Challenges, Mission Innovation, Aquarium Exhibit Design, Power Play, and Junior Forensics. |
![]() | SparkForce STEM Enrichment: SCF and SparkForce are partnering to provide summer enrichment experiences designed to expose middle and high school students to hands-on learning, advanced manufacturing facilities, and the skills needed for high-tech manufacturing careers. Weekly themes focus on manufacturing and fabrication concepts, such as Product Design with Glowforge, Electronics & Automation with Arduino, SolidWorks in Action, Cyber Defenders, Game Prototype Lab, and Entrepreneurship & Manufacturing Challenge. |
![]() | Culinary Enrichment with Pineapple Kitchen: This interactive camp for ages 7-13 includes basic cooking and baking, food safety, restaurant etiquette and operations, and will culminate in a three-course graduation luncheon for family and friends on the last day, prepared and served by the students in a mock restaurant. Students will prepare their lunch daily. Each student will receive a Chef Pineapple Apron & Hat, and a class course book. |

6/1-6/4/26 Radio-Ready: The Pro Tools Mixing Intensive
Unlock the secrets of professional mixing in this 4-day, hands-on summer intensive, designed for musicians, producers, and engineers eager to refine their craft in Pro Tools. Covering a wide variety of genres, from rock and pop to electronic and acoustic, this course dives deep into industry-standard mixing techniques, tricks, and strategies used by top engineers.
7/27-7/30/26 Track Masters: Beat-Making & Music Production Lab
Transform musical ideas into fully produced tracks in this 4-day, hands-on summer intensive, designed for aspiring producers, beat-makers, and musicians looking to craft professional-quality music. Learn how to layer sounds effectively, build engaging arrangements, use automation for dynamic movement, and apply mixing techniques to achieve polished, industry-ready tracks. Each day focuses on a different aspect of music production, leading up to a final project where students produce a fully realized beat or song.
SCF Youth Enrichment is Step Up Direct and accepting PEP Scholarships!
Families can use Step Up funds & PEP (Personalized Education Program) scholarship funds to participate in SCF homeschool classes, workshops, after-school programs, and summer enrichment classes with no out-of-pocket tuition. Fees will be invoiced after the first class.
